Rolling Stones - Sticky FingersDescription
Rolling Stones aka ‘The World’s Greatest Rock n’ Roll Band’ were founded in 1962 in London. The Stones started off as a blues band but quickly developed into a rock band that was part of the ‘British invasion’ of the sixties. After the demise of The Beatles, The Rolling Stones became the biggest touring band in the world. They are known for many popular hits, such as ‘Paint it Black’, ‘Lady Jane’, ‘Ruby Tuesday’, and ‘(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction’. The Rolling Stones have released 55 albums and sold over 200 million records word-wide during their career spanning over 45 years.
Sticky Fingers is the ninth British and eleventh American studio album by The Rolling Stones, released in April 1971. It is the band’s first album of the 1970s and its first release on the band’s newly formed label, Rolling Stones Records.
